Position Summary

JD CBO SE SDO Testing – Scrum Master Consultant

We are looking for a Consultant to join our organization and be a part of success in delivering the software development projects with quality by understanding the business, define system requirement and drive the teams in requirement development/developing/testing the application to meet business objectives.

We know you have:

  • Conduct all Scrum ceremonies – Stand-up meetings, Spring Demo Sessions, Spring Retrospective Session, Spring Backlog Grooming Sessions, Sprint Planning and Sprint Hardening Sessions
  • Facilitate, coach, mentor team members to follow all the agile best practices and create an ideal Agile environment
  • Help team remove impediments and escalate impediments that is outside of team’s purview and so making sure team in on track through the sprint to achieve the target
  • Communicate with wide variety of vendors, stakeholders, both business and technical, to ensure value driven delivery and continuous improvement of the team (via implementation of Sprint Retrospective session’s feedbacks/suggestions).
  • Work with teams to remove conflicts and negotiates well to arrive at consensus for continuous delivery progress
  • Able to work with Product Owners and Client teams to ensure team has healthy backlog and also prioritize the backlog for upcoming sprints working in collaboration with Product owners
  • Report the timely progress of sprint via burn down/burn up charts and other reporting methods (as per project needs) to PO and stakeholders involved
  • Ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team and also protecting team from outside interruptions and distractions
  • Addressing all Team dynamics and also ensuring a healthy environment for the team to be most effective
  • Deciding team’s velocity and setting up the sprint targets accordingly to make sure team is neither overloaded nor underloaded

Preferred Certification:

§  Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM)

§  Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM)
