Executive Accelerators Salesforce Specialist will support technology projects across Executive Accelerators with a special focus on the CFO program and help provide solutions to our unique challenges and opportunities.

Work you’ll do
As an Executive Accelerators Salesforce Specialist, you will be an integral member of our Executive Accelerators Technology team and will support an array of Salesforce projects. The role is project-based where you may be supporting various projects simultaneously and will gain exposure across the firm.

The Executive Accelerators Salesforce Specialist will:

  • Support the evolution and execution of Executive Accelerators (XA)/CFO strategy through involvement in strategic Salesforce projects
  • Execute the ongoing development of our CFO program Salesforce.com implementation, drive successful utilization, and identify areas for process improvement using Force.com platform
  • Work closely with functional leaders, operational teams, and subject matter experts to develop and deploy new business processes including management of contacts, events, participation, operations, and our core business processes
  • Interact with stakeholders and drive capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces & customized solutions
  • Responsible for the execution of the day-to-day Salesforce configuration, support, development, maintenance and improvement of our CFO program and XA Salesforce
  • Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, report, dashboards, workflows, flows, and other routine tasks
  • Coordinate and support the evaluation, scope, and completion of new CFO program development requests
  • Create and maintain system documentation, artifacts relating to best practices and system configuration, and user support materials
  • Work with stakeholder teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development and change management activities

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator or consultant
  • Salesforce.com Admin certified
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Well-rounded technical skillset, including systems administration, application development, scripting, and user support
  • Previous experience working in/with systems design lifecycle methodologies is a plus
  • Minimum four-year/ Bachelor’s degree
  • Good analytical skills, detail oriented, and ability to work independently, be self-motivated, as well as part of a team
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of agile project management with work experience a plus
  • Broad knowledge of Deloitte businesses preferred
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship building skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business environment
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables with shifting deadlines
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fully comply with all applicable policies of the Deloitte U.S. Firms and always maintain confidentiality, as we have access to highly confidential information of those who participate in CFO Signals surveys and for whom we conduct Transition Labs

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $53,665 to $98,830.
