Work you’ll do
The Functional Lead is responsible for the prioritization, selection, and functional design of new Marketing Cloud campaigns, collaborating with key stakeholders and business customers to refine SFMC needs and objectives.
You will be expected to build a standard operating approach and create appropriate teaming structures. Prioritization of Marketing Cloud Epic within the client’s current processes will need to be developed for all teams to lay the groundwork for future success and you must ensure client teams have general understanding of system architecture, assisting in the mitigation and resolution of lite break-fixes.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the field of communications, creative writing, journalism, public relations, or something similar
- 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy and reporting
- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Marketing Software Certification(s)
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- 1+ years of experience collaborating with key stakeholders and business customers to refine SFMC needs and objectives and develop new Marketing Cloud campaigns
- 1+ years of audience discovery and segmentation, measurement, modeling strategy, and data quality
- Knowledge of paid, owned, and earned media advertising
- Experience supporting and/or leading delivery teams while partnering with internal cross-functional teams
- Possess strong time management skills to ensure accurate delivery while leading a single workstream and a team of analysts
- Knowledge of industry trends and upcoming changes in marketing measurement best practices

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,950 to $166,600.
