Work you’ll do
A Consultant at Deloitte functions as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. A Consultant gains exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. Responsibilities include defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.

Digital Customer
Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. We help make the “creative digital consultancy” real and in doing so, make new markets.
Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:

Qualifications
Required
- Three+ years of consulting experience with development experience with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), HTML, JavaScript, SOAP / REST APIs
- Experience in onsite technical or functional roles on at least two full-lifecycle SFDC implementations, with strong expertise in at least two of the following the clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, App Cloud, Einstein Analytics
- Limited sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field
Preferred
- Previous Big 4 experience
- Salesforce Certifications
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Visio
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $77,000 to $128,000
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
