Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
This role will facilitate the prioritization of critical defense missions requiring accelerated technical solutions, and rapidly ideate to identify potential innovative approaches, technologies and capabilities to address them, and provide that information to stakeholders to inform mission engineering studies, prototype development, and experimentation.

Qualifications
Required:
- Must have 20 years of relevant experience
- Masters degree
- TS/SCI Clearance Eligible
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, nowor at any time in the future.
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Experience and expertise in cutting edge technologies and application of technologies into new and innovative warfighting capabilities. In-depth technical knowledge and experience with advanced DoD weapon systems and their capabilities, concept of operations, and concepts of employment.
- Areas of expertise in system capabilities, performance, and operations includes at minimum two of the following areas: land, sea, air, and space platforms; offensive, defensive, kinetic and directed energy weapons; sensors for ISR and fire control; cyberwarfare; communication networks; electromagnetic spectrum management to include EW and 5G; application of automation; command, control, and battle management; fires close air support, long range fires, targeting, air and missile defense.
- Experience Coordinating with appropriate stakeholders and leverage available tools, processes and forums to proactively facilitate transition for select capabilities from advanced defense programs.
- Experience in Engineering Management, Military Weapon Systems, Stakeholder Management.
