Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a SENIOR CONSULTANT, ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE, SUPPLY CHAIN AND NETWORK OPERATIONS in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DRIVE INNOVATIVE AND TRANSFORMATIVE SOLUTIONS THAT ADDRESS SUPPLY CHAIN NEEDS; CREATE EFFECTIVE VISIONS, STRATEGIES AND ROADMAPS, IN DIRECT ALIGNMENT AND SUPPORT OF BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY OBJECTIVES. ARCHITECT ENTERPRISE, CUSTOMER AND OPERATING MODEL STRATEGIES AND ADVISE ON HOW TO GROW BUSINESS AND ACHIEVE TARGET COST STRUCTURES. PROVIDE ORGANIZATION LEADERS WITH THE CAPABILITIES AND TOOLS TO BUILD FLEXIBLE, INNOVATIVE BUSINESS MODELS THAT CREATE AND CAPTURE VALUE FOR THE ORGANIZATION, SUPPORTED BY A STRONG OPERATIONS AND SUPPLY CHAIN FOUNDATION. PROVIDE SUPPORT IN DEVELOPING AND DOCUMENTING SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESSES AND METRICS IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH SIX SIGMA AND LEAN METHODOLOGIES. PROVIDE INDUSTRY INSIGHT AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT USING DATA MINING, PATTERN MATCHING, DATA VISUALIZATION, AND PREDICTIVE MODELLING TOOLS TO PRODUCE ANALYSIS AND ALGORITHMS THAT HELP BUSINESSES MAKE BETTER DECISIONS. DEVELOP A SHARED SERVICES ORGANIZATION AND IMPROVE BACK-OFFICE EFFICIENCIES BY ELIMINATING DUPLICATION AND STREAMLINING PROCESSES WITH A FOCUS ON STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT VIA FEASIBILITY STUDIES, GLOBAL BEST PRACTICES AND STANDARDS, INDUSTRY BENCHMARKS, AND PROCESS SCOPES. LEAD BUSINESS CASE ANALYSIS TO UNDERSTAND OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUPPLY CHAIN COST OPTIMIZATION; HELP ORGANIZATIONS DELIVER CRITICAL PROGRAMS BY ENABLING THEM TO MAKE BETTER BUSINESS DECISIONS ON THE COST, SCHEDULE, PERFORMANCE, AND RISK. ANALYZE INDUSTRIES TO SYNTHESIZE QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE FINANCIAL INFORMATION ON THE MARKET, KEY PLAYERS, AND INDUSTRY TRENDS; AND ANALYZE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND BUDGETING PROCESSES TO IDENTIFY COST LEVERS FOR REDUCTION AND OPTIMIZATION. CREATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEMPLATES TO BE USED BY THE PROJECT, WHICH MAY INCLUDE COMMUNICATION PLAN, STEERING COMMITTEE REPORTS, STATUS REPORTS, ISSUES AND RISKS REPORTS, DEFECT TRACKING, RESOURCE HEAT-MAPS, CHANGE CONTROL PROCESS, ETC.

Requirements

BACHELORS DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD OR A RELATED FIELD. TWO YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION.
