Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

As a Senior Consultant within our practice you will:
  • Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others
  • Participate in or lead the development of client deliverable content
  • Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
  • Provide coaching to junior staff 
  • Contribute to new business and proposal development
  • Manage own personal and professional development, seeking opportunities for expansion of consulting skills and experiences

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.

 

Qualifications 

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience developing ABAP applications for SAP HR running on HANA or ECC
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP Modules
  • Understanding of Logical Databases and HR data structures
  • Experience with middleware technologies
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • SAP Certified Technology Specialist, SAP Certified Technology Professional or equivalent (or the ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Active US Government Secret clearance
Preferred:
  • TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification (or higher) 
  • Help Desk support experience
  • Experience in technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
  • Master's degree in a technical field
