Position Summary

As an experienced SAP TRM (Treasury & Risk Management) Functional Architect you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SAP TRM (Treasury & Risk Management) implementations, including hands-on design and configuration. Review the Treasury solutions being built, challenge and provide suggestions. Prepare products/deliverables according to project phases/type of project.
  • Provide SAP TRM and technology advisory services to our clients.
  • Support development of tools/methodologies for project delivery during SAP Treasury implementations
  • Participate in meetings and interviews with client Treasury personnel
  • Develop client deliverables and engagement documentation
  • work in the Treasury functional and configuration area
  • Support the development and management of the relationships with external clients. Play a key role in client communication, relationship development and retention.
  • Review and advise/challenge configuration and functional design documents and support role-based profile changes. Review and provide feedback about the functional specifications developed by separate configuration team for details/accuracy and details before delivering to the development team
  • Engage in collaborative solution design sessions
  • Work in an Agile development team
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations. 

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years’ experience in SAP Finance and TRM (Treasury & Risk Management)
  • 6+ years’ experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementations in Treasury, Banking, Cash Management including hands-on design and configuration. Ability to review the Treasury solutions being built, challenge and provide suggestions.
  • 4+ years of working in SAP in a S/4 HANA environment; deep knowledge of business processes and experience with transformation projects
  • 4+ years of consulting experience
  • Experience with SAP Treasury (BCM (Bank Communication Management) or SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management). Work in the Treasury functional and configuration area. 
  • SAP Treasury module experience in 2 or more of the following: (SAP Transaction Manager, Cash Management, Credit Risk Analyzer, Market Analyzer, Payment Medium Workbench, Money Market and Loans, Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate Swap, Reporting and Risk Management, In House Cash, Bank Communication Management)
  • Corporate treasury domain knowledge
  • Strong communication, presentation, and people skills with ability to interface with senior leaders’ engineers and program management personnel.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience 
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

  • Experience in Receivables Management (Collections, dispute, and credit management)
  • Experience with a large global corporate Treasury department
  • Expertise in banking, customer cash application, outgoing payment processing.
  • Bank Communication Management including DMEE trees, Bank account Management
  • Liquidity Forecast and management
  • SAP Transaction Manager & Hedging
  • Derivatives (futures, options, swaps)
  • Market data feeds (flat price & basis)
  • P&L reporting
  • Integration with SD, MM, AR, AP and FICO
  • Functional proficiency in several financial disciplines, such as general ledger accounting, profitability analysis, accounts payable, receivables, fixed assets, cost center accounting, internal orders, and profit center.
  • Knowledge of converting functional requirements into technical requirements.
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
