Work you’ll do 
As an SAP SuccessFactors LMS Specialist within our Human Capital team you will:
Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of projects
Contribute to the creation of deliverables such as project road maps and implementation blueprints
Configure the functional aspects of the SuccessFactors module(s) you are certified to implement.
Identify opportunities and approaches to complete the scope of work
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through

The Human Capital AMS/Operate team brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. Human Capital as Asset group will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and operate services in our portfolio as we grow. 

Required Qualifications 
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management module (LMS)
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available
Travel up to 20% (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
