Work you’ll do
Use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:
- Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client
- Contribute to and help to manage work streams that contribute to the overall project success
- Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
- Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development
The Team
The Human Capital AMS/Operate team brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. Human Capital as Asset group will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and operate services in our portfolio as we grow.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in Employee Central, PMGM, Recruiting, Onboarding, SAP Payroll, or Compensation,
- Experience managing your plate of work, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality deliverables and service
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
- Must live a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Kansas City, MO; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis, MN; Nashville, TN; Philadelphia, PA; Phoenix, AZ; Pittsburgh, PA; St. Louis, MO; Tallahassee, FL; Tampa, FL; OR be willing to relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
- Travel up to 10% annually (While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.
