Position Summary

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Apply rigorous data science practices on specific projects

Create algorithms to extract information from large, multiparametric data sets

Be a key contributor to the planning and direction of a project and effectively prioritize goals

Lead discussions at peer review and use quantitative skills to positively influence decision making

Effectively explain technical concepts

Identify opportunities to apply the latest advancements in Machine

Learning and Artificial Intelligence to build, test, and validate predictive models

Deploy algorithms to production to identify actionable insights from large databases

Compare results from various methodologies and recommend best techniques to stakeholders

Develop and embed automated processes for predictive model validation, deployment, and implementation

Connect and collaborate with subject matter experts across multiple industries

Make impactful contributions to internal discussions on emerging machine learning methodologies

Resources will need to be able to handle working with the functional and business resources to extract, transform, cleanse, report out status, and load data into SASP and non-SAP systems. Syniti not Data Services (BODS) will be the ETL tool that will be used. 

The Team 

Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

  • Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • Customer and Sales Operations
  • Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)

Qualifications 

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • This position will involve access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and, due to urgent timelines with immediate placement needs, will require individuals to be U.S. persons. U.S. persons is defined as U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals, Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) and certain classes of protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3) including Asylees and Refugees
  • 3+ Years of SAP & Cloud Application Interface development Project Experience
  •  Work in Large Scale Business Transformation Projects with complex requirements
  • Familiar with SAP Data and Functional Processes to be able to understand Functional Spec's written by the Process Teams
  • A minimum of 3+ years of project Development
  • Travel up to 10% annually

Preferred

  • BTP
  • CPIt. CIG, PO/PI
  • Error Handling and Trigger Point development in SAP applications
  • Both point to point and middleware data orchestration middleware resources are required. There will be signification resourcing needs to support CIG/ SAP cloud gate integration along with support of several different middleware applications
  • Work in Large Scale Business Transformation Projects with complex requirements
  • Experience with leading testing of enterprise level complex data warehouse transformations
  • Strong experience in coding using SQL, Procedures/Functions
  • Experience with version control practices and tools (Git, Perforce, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
