Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

Senior functional analyst for Field Work Management is responsible for collaborating with the business and working on various technically challenging projects to optimize work management and field mobility processes.

  • Business Requirements Gathering
  • Functional Design review
  • System configuration / parametrization
  • Test Case Definition & Preparation (Functional, Integration, Performance/Stress and UAT, including data preparation)
  • User Acceptance Test (UAT) support & Execution
  • Training & documentation
  • End User functional support activities

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Services / Projects for implementation, development, configuration and maintenance of Field Workforce Mobile applications.
  • Expert in Field Mobility Systems such as Click Mobile, Click FSE, IFS, Microsoft, and in developing custom-built applications for platforms such as iOs and Android.
  • Expertise in developing Mobile Apps in LowCode platform such us Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Demonstrable experience of 2+ years in SAP projects in Utilities, in the field of Distribution, developing a functional role (taking requirements, functional design of solution, configuration, integrated tests and deployment).
  • Desirable technical background in ABAP.
  • Desirable background in UX design for FWM solutions.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
