Work you’ll do 

  • Lead a team of 3-5 and work closely with HR Analytics team to gather data requirements and conduct data modeling to virtualize data from multiple sources onto instance of SAP HANA. 
  • Will work with HR team members to define table structures and schemas to empower insight generation as part of this foundational reporting centered on establishing ground truth KPIs across key geographies
  • Experience conducting tiered data exploration of existing source system data structures and models using SQL and other available analytics toolset within the SAP product suite as part of the HANA deployment
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA Data Management tools, HANA modelling and SAP Business Objects product suite
  • Can develop key visualization and reports to specification to provide insight to leadership into the establishment of new data structures for insight into new or established KPIs

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s of Arts degree required  
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
