  • Develop a global community of SAP Supply Chain practitioners across Deloitte
  • Lead and support Supply Chain pursuits and Practice Development initiatives

The team

Our SAP team focuses on advising, implementing and operating SAP solutions with an innovative mindset which delivers tangible business outcome for our clients. . Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who wants us to bring design thinking into the future of their technology enabled business processes to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

  • Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • HR and Employee experience
  • Customer and Sales Operations
  • Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are willing to join a diverse team of world class Deloitte SAP Intelligent Spend Management professionals who bring the following –

Required:

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant SAP consulting or industry experience
  • Hands-on functional configuration and design experience
  • SAP Ariba on Cloud experience
  • Experience and/or understanding of the Direct and Indirect Procurement processes
  • Participation in all phases of at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations
  • Understanding of end to end processes and attention to detailed design.
  • Strong team and organizational skills, ability to self-manage time and tasks
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Ability to manage client and cross functional team expectations
  • Ability to bring ‘out of the box’ solution design that is aligned to leading practices and differentiated business outcome
  • Up to 50% travel (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Desired:

  • Experience in SAP Procurement enabled by SAP S4 MM/SAP ECC MM
  • Experience in implementing SAP Ariba and SAP S/4/SAP ECC enabled integrated end to end Procurement solution
  • Experience in SAP Planning and SAP Ariba Supply Chain collaboration
  • Understanding of functional aspects of Procurement and Supply Chain
  • Experience in any Cloud Procurement solution e.g. Coupa, GEP etc.
  • SAP Ariba on prem experience
  • Technical or functional lead on at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP implementation
  • Solid understanding of the SAP Activate or a proven methodology framework
  •  Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers
