Real Estate Strategy Support Analyst

Work you’ll do

As a Strategy Support Analyst, you’ll be part of a team responsible for the development of real estate strategies for existing offices within our real estate portfolio, as well as newly requested or acquired offices. The strategy team is also accountable for driving optimization of the portfolio through execution of established design strategies and metrics. You will be responsible for supporting real estate project leaders with their portfolio of internal real estate projects. You will interact regularly with the strategy team, the project financial support team and other internal business partners to support meetings, develop analyses, dashboards and presentations, serve as a conduit for communications, facilitate follow-ups and generally, keep projects running smoothly through the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support portfolio leaders and strategy, transactions, design, and construction colleagues throughout the real estate project lifecycle
  • Schedule project meetings and plan meeting agendas in coordination with service providers; prepare meeting minutes as assigned, and track completion of action items
  • Prepare project update dashboards for leadership
  • Analyze data and prepare strategy decks in support of project leadership meetings
  • Coordinate with business partners in finance, IT, security, communications in delivery of projects
  • Ensure archival of project records
  • Support special projects as needed and perform other job-related duties as assigned

The Deloitte Real Estate team serves in an internal capacity to deliver strategic real estate, facility management and workplace solutions with quality and value, which foster collaboration, and support innovation while delivering on well-being and sustainability goals. The Real Estate team supports a portfolio of more than 160 offices in five countries.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related major, e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a project support role
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in compiling and presenting written correspondence and presentations
  • Strong relationship management, interpersonal and teaming skills with a willingness to learn from others
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and business partners
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-led
  • Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with office real estate project lifecycle (strategy, transactions, design, construction)
  • PMP certification
  • Knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA
