Work you will do:• Onboard new users and provision eGRC roles
• Maintain existing users and roles
• Analyze existing risk management workflows and design optimal solutions
• Develop/maintain existing on-demand and core applications
• Work with agencies to troubleshoot eGRC access and permission
• Update eGRC solution process workflows based on feedback
• Coordinate infrastructure and database teams during upgrades, maintenance, and patching
• Perform periodic health checks
• Install software patches and perform upgrades in coordination with server and database teams.
• Overall production support and end-user support
• Perform data import and facilitate integration from external systems
• Build custom dashboards and reports

Individuals who take deep personal accountability for their work, have a passion for excellence, driven to achieve their full potential and understand the value of building relationships with clients and the industry, are encouraged to realize our requirement for RSA Archer. The Lead Solution Advisor is expected to have an in-depth understanding of Archer’s leading practices and have demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of some key solutions. Understanding of risk and compliance pain points and how they can be addressed effectively through a scalable and usable GRC and Archer technology is key to success in this role.
Required:
- 3-7 years of relevant Archer experience
- Hands-on experience in application developments, ODAs, DDEs, UI, Reports and Dashboards, Advanced Workflows, Mail Merge and other administrative activities
- Proficiency with Angular JS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML5
- Well versed with various RSA products & platform
- Hands-on implementation experience and functional knowledge on at least two solutions on the Archer platform
- Experience in code migration across environments in cloud based and on-prem set-up.
- Excellent documentation and presentation, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with teams across geographical locations
- Creates business and technical design specifications for implementation of the Archer Platform
- Must have delivered more than 2- 3 projects from scratch/requirement gathering to till go-live
- Must have experience with data feeds – Http Transporter, JavaScript
Preferred:
- Good to have a track record of presentation on Archer conferences / Key Client Presentations
- A case study of an on-demand application design
- Administrative knowledge on Archer Control Panel
- Knowledge on Network and Infrastructure management (Especially Proxy Servers )
- Knowledge of other GRC Platforms like ServiceNow, MetricStream, ZenGRC
- Knowledge of other tools and technologies like SPLUNK, Rapid7, Qualys
- Custom API integrations
