Analytics & Cognitive – RPA Developer

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements and processes into technical requirement and configuration settings specific to Cognitive Robotics Automation solutions
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify gaps and constraints associated with business requirements and process and aid in providing solutions to resolve the process issues
  • Develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and client teams to ensure alignment to test strategy and completeness
  • Log and track defects and communicate to teams for resolution
  • Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team

The Analytics & Cognitive team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.

Analytics & Cognitive will work with our clients to:

  • Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
  • Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
  • Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience developing with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients
  • 5+ years of IT experience in software development in developing robust web applications and client/server applications
  • One or more of the following
    • Experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
    • Experience in developing OCR solutions using Parascript, Kofax, DataCap, or any equivalent tool
    • Experience in developing Chatbot solutions using Kore.AI, Amazon AI, Teneo, or any equivalent tool
  • Plan, track, manage and lead small teams on short term sprints, and long term software deployments
  • 2+ years of Java or .Net development experience and the ability to work with both
  • Must live within a commutable distance of or be willing to relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA.
  • Travel up to 10% annually (While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Qualifications

Preferred

  • 1+ years of experience utilizing OCR or Chatbox Development
  • 2+ years of experience with MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, or any equivalent database background
