Position Summary

The team 


Our team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to delivery insights to decision-makers. Our practitioners give special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.

 

Work you’ll do 


Support a national defense agency in warfighting analysis. Combine skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis with a pro-active approach to problem solving and assigned tasks. Apply and continue to learn new methods required by the analysis at hand.


**Seeking entry-level, junior, and mid-level candidates for multiple openings!**

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ yrs exp using a variety of modeling and simulation methods including discrete event simulation, agent-based modeling, network simulations, physics-based modeling, Markov decision processes, hidden Markov models, stochastic processes, and/or Monte Carlo and bootstrap methods
  • 2+ yrs exp applying a variety analytical, computational methods including classical and modern statistics, differential equations, and/or linear algebra
  • 2+ yrs exp working in languages such as Python, Java, R, MATLAB, and/or Simulink
  • Bachelors Degree in a STEM field.
  • Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance required
  • Ability to support a hybrid schedule in Arlington, VA

Preferred: 

  • Experience working in a DOD focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new methods and tools.
