Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a QA Manager (Product Master) in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology project, software testing, and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the insurance, financial services, healthcare, state and local government, telecom, and retail industries. Manage information technology projects, test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End, and Performance Testing. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers.; Work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes of information technology project and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Researching user reported issues, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams, utilizing Jira, Bitbucket, Java, and Groovy;
- Reviewing Functional, API, and Automation testing for web applications using SoapUI, Selenium, Java, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA);
- Managing test scripts, plans and cases, logging defects, and generating test execution reports utilizing TestNG, Jira, and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
- Creating and developing test case reports and documenting use and test cases for Functional, API, and Automation with test scenarios;
- Performing and overseeing testing across custom developed solutions, including Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Salesforce based solutions and large-scale package implementations, utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS), RPA, and Selenium;
- Organizing with teams, including external vendors across different types of testing, utilizing Oracle ERP, Agile, Jira, Microsoft (MS) Teams, and Zoom; and
- Coordinating and performing testing for systems implementations in multiple industries, including HealthCare and Customer Service.
