Work you’ll do

  • Supporting and independently completing test orchestration across the SDLC which will require problem solving using analysis, experience, and decision making
  • Translate business requirements and processes into technical requirement and configuration settings specific to software application solutions
  • Independently own a work stream, reviewing, and testing related activities throughout the full life cycle of the project
  • Responsible for recording, logging and tracking defects in the system and coordinate resolution with development team and functional leads
  • Ability to work independently with little to no daily supervision

The Team

Human Resources Transformation
The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice – the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization’s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience of Automated Testing experience
  • Understands software testing cycle (beyond just functional or unit testing) Software developer background / experience with CSS/HTML/JS will be considered
  • Experience in software testing tools – HP Quality Center etc.
  • Experience writing testing plans, test script and text execution schedules
  • Understands defect management cycle and has built reports / dashboards on defects aging, resolution timelines
  • Understands different forms of testing - end to end testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing
  • Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Must live near, or relocate to, the Lake Mary, FL or Mechanicsburg, PA area.
  • A current government security clearance, or the ability to hold a clearance is required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

  • ServiceNow experience that will be a huge plus
  • ServiceNow ATF module
  • Exposure / experience in any form of Automated Testing
