Are you passionate about strategic thinking, client needs, win strategies, persuasive and compelling messaging, sales principles, storytelling, and meeting and presentation coaching? Are you a self-starter, but also enjoy working with dynamic teams? Do you have a background in business development, communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, or higher education? If so, we’re looking for talent like you to join our team!
While experience managing strategic pursuits is ideal, it is not necessary. Neither is a background in finance or tax. We offer robust onboarding and training that will prepare you to be successful in our organization by focusing on how to leverage the skills and strengths you bring.
To see what it’s like to work in pursuits at Deloitte and how you fit in, please watch this brief video: https://bcove.video/3Df4Pji
Work you’ll do

- Manage the pursuit process, from orchestrating the development of deliverables to coordinating our teams’ pursuit activities.
- Write persuasively, including cover letters, executive summaries and other critical components of deliverables. Draw from a variety of sources, including information from research profiles, your own interviews with client service team members, debriefs from client meetings, and an understanding of the business and Deloitte’s offerings.
- Maintain and use proposal development software to generate baseline proposal documents, tailoring to fit unique fact patterns.
- Supporting strategic initiatives and special projects like building new tools, templates, content, and learning modules
- Contribute to developing Deloitte’s pursuit team, including collaborating with other pursuit team members, continuously refining and improving pursuit strategies, and acting as a project-by-project liaison between our team and the broader organization.
