Work you'll do:

In this visible and interesting role, you will collaborate across country process leads, global process owners and Global Delivery Teams to coordinate end to end onboarding sessions. This includes organizing and facilitating end to end knowledge transfer (Business, Technology & Data) and management of onboarding deliverables.

Facilitate country specific legal and statutory requests from initiation through to the global change request approval process.

Utilizing strong relationship management skills, you’ll build relationships and networks with leadership, global teams and onboarding countries

Focus on enabling the knowledge transfer of onboarding processes and procedures to country process and project leads

Own and manage onboarding content repository including end-to-end scenarios to be used as part of the introductory sessions for onboarding country, including relevant onboarding material

Single point of contact for the country process leads to enable the local process convergence to global standard processes.

Works with the Regional Project Manager to drive mitigation and resolution to resolve project risks, issues and actions.

Serve as liaison between the Global Process Owners, Global Delivery Team and country process leads.

Supports country readiness assessments during the prep phase of the project

Supports Immersion Sessions and Deep Dive Sessions for Demonstration of Solution and End to End Processes

Who you'll work with:

Global Finance Services uses the latest technology and insights to provide Deloitte with a fully-managed, global financial solution. We develop world-class processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness to ensure consistency and compliance across our global network.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of related professional experience
  • Experience of SAP and Microsoft Products is required
  • Proven track record within the Deloitte network of member firms OR successful experience working in a comparable global professional services organization required
  • Ability to leverage proven techniques to elicit and analyze client needs; ability to provide key input into solutions that meet and often exceed client need
  • Demonstrated experience with the project management function collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams and delivering effective solutions and strategies, frameworks or tools for use at an organization-wide level
  • Proven track record in navigating through complex organizations, and with strong influencing skills to drive initiatives through to their successful conclusion
  • Can interpret onboarding objectives and drivers to deliver outcomes that fulfil these objectives
  • Ability to work under constantly changing conditions and tight deadline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to and collaborate with project leadership
  • Education and experience Bachelors degree required

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience with Deloitte business processes and internal projects
