Project Delivery Specialist II - Government & Public Sector

Work you’ll do
- Lead the implementation, maintenance and ongoing operations of State EVV systems that meets federal and state requirements.
- Collaborate with state agencies and vendors to configure the EVV systems to meet state-specific needs
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to EVV compliance and enforcement
- Monitor and evaluate the EVV systems for compliance with federal and state regulations and policies
- Respond to inquiries and concerns from stakeholders related to EVV compliance and best practices
- Develop and maintain EVV-related guidance documents and resources for stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues related to the EVV systems, including technical difficulties and user errors
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance related to the EVV system, including adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and contract requirements
- Develop and manage project plans related to EVV system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities

In order to help clients reduce costs, improve health outcomes, and respond to public health crises, our Health Technology practice addresses critical health agency issues including: claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics, and health case management.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Travel up to 25%
- 8+ Years of experience within state programs and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations and policies related to EVV
- 8+ Years of Experience managing projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- 8+ Years of Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems and data management
- 8+ Years of Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, security and privacy standards, and emerging technologies
