Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a PROJECT DELIVERY SPECIALIST, CUSTOMER & MARKETING, HUMAN SERVICES TRANSFORMATION in Miami, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DEFINE, BUILD, AND IMPLEMENT ENHANCEMENTS TO THE BENEFITS PROCESSES AND STRUCTURE TO IMPROVE THE HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) FUNCTIONS ALIGNMENT TO BUSINESS OBJECTIVES AND DRIVE BUSINESS RESULTS, AND WORK COLLABORATIVELY TO DEVELOP COMPETITIVE BENEFITS PROGRAMS SO THAT BUSINESSES CAN RECRUIT AND RETAIN TALENT EFFECTIVELY. IMPLEMENT, IMPROVE, AND SUPPORT PEOPLESOFT HCM 9.2 (HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT) INCLUDING PEOPLESOFT PAYROLL, BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION, TIME AND LABOR, RECRUITMENT, CORE HR, AND PEOPLESOFT ELM (ENTERPRISE LEARNING MANAGEMENT) MODULES. IMPLEMENT, IMPROVE, AND SUPPORT PEOPLESOFT FSCM 9.2 (FINANCIALS AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT) INCLUDING PEOPLESOFT PAYABLES, GENERAL LEDGER, RECEIVABLES, AND PURCHASING MODULES. UPGRADE PEOPLESOFT HCM PUM (PEOPLESOFT UPDATE MANAGER) IMAGE TO HIGHER PUM IMAGES. IMPLEMENT PEOPLESOFT TAX UPDATES ON PEOPLESOFT HCM 9.2 AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT UPDATES ON PEOPLESOFT HCM 9.2 INTEGRATE PEOPLESOFT WITH EXTERNAL APPLICATIONS INCLUDING HIGHER ONE, PEOPLESOFT FSCM, PEOPLESOFT CAMPUS, AND PEOPLESOFT ELM USING PEOPLESOFT INTEGRATION BROKER (IB). IDENTIFY AREAS REQUIRING MODIFICATION AND ENHANCEMENT AND COMPLETE IMPACT ANALYSIS TO ENSURE A FIX WITHOUT IMPACTING THE BUSINESS FUNCTIONALITY. CUSTOMIZE AND ENHANCE SOLUTIONS USING PEOPLECODE, PEOPLESOFT APPLICATION DESIGNER, AND TESTING, INCLUDING SYSTEM INTEGRATION TESTING (SIT), USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT), AND REGRESSION TESTING. COMMUNICATE RETIREMENT AND BENEFITS DELIVERY ALTERNATIVES AVAILABLE IN THE MARKETPLACE, AND ASSOCIATED CONSIDERATIONS, IN ORDER TO MEET STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES, AND REVIEW AND EDIT RETIREMENT AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AS NEEDED. COMMUNICATE RETIREMENT AND BENEFITS DELIVERY ISSUES IN MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS, GOVERNANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT, ENTERPRISE COST REDUCTION EFFORTS, AND OTHER TRANSFORMATIONAL BUSINESS INITIATIVES. PARTICIPATE IN MARKETING INITIATIVES INCLUDING PROVIDING SUPPORT TO PROPOSAL TEAMS, DEVELOPING WORK, AND METHODOLOGY APPROACHES TO RESPOND TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFPS), WRITING PROPOSALS, AND CONDUCTING SURVEYS.

Requirements

BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING (ANY), OR A RELATED FIELD AND TWO (2) YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION.
