Work you’ll do
As a Project Delivery Sr. Analyst in the Technology group you will:
- Utilize Integrated Eligibility experience
- Perform Business Analysis on project
- Understand .Net technology
- Understand SDLC
- Use functional skills including requirements gathering, client interaction, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Utilize experience in writing FDS (Functional Design Specification)
- Perform data analysis, be data driven
- Possess strong SQL skills and in general understand technical environments

Our Technology team works with clients to help them develop custom software solutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategic recommendations to help them optimize their businesses’ operations, processes, and performance.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Local to Portland, OR
- Business analysis experience
- Typically has 3 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Prior Integrated Eligibility (IE) experience
- Prior professional services or government consulting experience
- .Net experience
- Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) experience
- Reporting, Software Development Tools, M&O support experience
