Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Project Delivery Senior Analyst, Strategy & Analytics, Analytics & Cognitive in Nashville, TN and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Oversee develop, review and monitor code quality throughout the Application development phase, and implementation of the Security systems functionalities. Collaborate design and implementation strategies for operational dashboards leveraging client and case data to highlight operational efficiency and weaknesses across Agile development sprints and ensure the designs and development solutions meet overall goals. Design architecture and coding standards for Data Integration and real-time & batch data exchange to verify Income Eligibility for Public benefits Eligibility determination system. Develops, tests, and maintains enterprise-level applications built using Microsoft Technologies. Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements for new products and product enhancements and identify and document business-use cases in alignment with Salesforce best practices. Prepare Technical Architecture design documents to facilitate integration of in-house development of Salesforce applications with the existing enterprise architecture. Define and enforce best practices to support platform adoption and full application lifecycle including design, development, change control, UAT, deployment, and support. Create overall application architecture design, alignment with Enterprise Architecture, and usage patterns within the development community.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM degree field, or a related field and one (1) year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept three (3) years of university study and two (2) years of related work experience. Candidate must also have one (1) year of related work experience involving each of the following: Assessing the current state process and transforming the existing Business Intelligence solution to a digital, state of the art Business Intelligence solution using Enterprise Data

Warehouse; Strategizing, planning, designing, and implementing an Extract Transform Load (ETL) solution to modernize the reporting capabilities including designing ETL jobs to transform data using IBM DataStage, Capturing Change Data (CDC), and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD); Establishing traceability and implementing a Business Intelligence solution to facilitate federal, management, and operational reporting; Creating change requests, estimates, and tracking risks during product development life cycles utilizing JIRA and JAMA; Designing and creating PowerBI and Tableau based Dashboards to facilitate daily operational reporting and construct dimensional data structures for reporting Data Warehouse to facilitate

pre-defined Business Intelligence reporting and self-service reporting; Creating ad-hoc reports based on the on-demand needs of users using IBM Cognos Query Studio and SQL Reports; Writing and validating SQL queries on reporting and transaction database tables utilizing Oracle SQL Developer; Utilizing Data Integration and delivery, Data Warehousing, Requirements and Scope Management, Business Intelligence, ETL Design, and Dimensional Modeling to implement a BI

solution to facilitate federal, management and operational reporting; Designing, delivering, and monitoring operational dashboards leveraging data to highlight operational efficiency and weaknesses across Agile development sprints; and

Leveraging MS product suite (Office 365, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, Team Foundation Server) for Product and Project Management to track risks & issues during product development life cycles with ability to view client and case data, and instant access to mission critical data alerts and notifications for faster resolution of

issues.
