Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Project Delivery Senior Analyst, Customer & Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Grand Rapids, MI and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

TRANSFORMING HOW CLIENTS DELIVER SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS. DELIVERING LARGE, COMPLEX SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS TO HUMAN SERVICE AGENCIES ACROSS FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. PARTNERING WITH CLIENTS TO TRANSOFRM SERVICE DELIVERY TO THOSE MOST IN NEED. PROVIDING IT CONSULTING SERVICES & TECHNOLOGY BASED SOLUTIONS TO CLIENTS. ANALYZING WORKFLOW, ESTABLISHING PRIORITIES, DEVELOPING STANDARDS AND MEETING DEADLINES FOR PROJECTS BASED ON BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS. DEVELOPING COMPUTER INFORMATION RESOURCES, PROVIDE SOLUTIONS FOR DATA SECURITY, CONTROL AND STRATEGIC COMPUTING. EVALUATING ORGANIZATIONS TECHNOLOGY USE AND RECOMMENDING IMPROVEMENTS, PARTICIPATING OR LEADING ACTIVITIES RELATED TO SOFTWARE UPGRADES TO ADDRESS BUG FIXES AND IMPLEMENT ENHANCEMENTS. WRITING CUSTOM SHELL SCRIPTS FOR MONITORING HEALTH OF IBM MQ OBJECTS. ANALYZING AND IDENTIFING BOTTLENECKS IN APPLICATIONS USING IBM TIVOLI MONITORING, AND PROVIDING SOLUTIONS TO FIX ISSUES AND IMPROVE PERFORMANCE OF SYSTEMS. USING SERVICE ORIENTED ARCHITECTURE (SOA) CONCEPTS TO DEVELOP WEB SERVICES IN IBM DATAPOWER TO INTERACT WITH DISPARATE SYSTEMS USING SIMPLE OBJECT ACCESS PROTOCOL (SOAP) AND REPRESENTATIONAL STATE TRANSFER (REST) PROTOCOLS. CREATING EXTENSIBLE STYLESHEET LANGUAGE (XSL) FILES FOR TRANSFORMATION AND ENRICHMENT OF MESSAGES. IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTHENTICATION, AUTHORIZATION AND AUDIT IN IBM DATAPOWER SERVICES ALONG WITH SERVICE LEVEL MONITORING TO MANAGE WORKLOADS. ENFORCING SECURITY POLICIES THROUGH SECURE SOCKET LAYER (SSL)/TRANSPORT LAYER SECURITY (TLS), DIGITAL SIGNATURE & SECURITY ASSERTION MARKUP LANGUAGE (SAML) TOKEN BASED AUTHENTICATION. CONDUCTING PERFORMANCE TESTING OF IBM DATAPOWER WEB SERVICES. SUPPORTING SYSTEM TESTING, USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT) AND MIGRATION OF SERVICES TO PRODUCTION. IDENTIFYING AND ELEVATING SUITABLE APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE (APIS) TO IBM API CONNECT ENTERPRISE CATALOG TO AID MULTIPLE TEAMS ONBOARD AND WORK TOWARDS INTEGRATION. CONSTRUCTING TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS WITH IBM INTEGRATION BUS, USING EXTENDED STRUCTURED QUERY LANGUAGE (ESQL), JAVA AND IBM MQ LANGUAGES FOLLOWING THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC). DESIGNING APPLICATION TO ASSIST WITH HANDLING FAILURE AND PENDING TRANSACTIONS TO BE REPROCESSED, AND GENERATING AUTOMATED REPORTS AND EMAILS TO THE BUSINESS FOR THE ANALYZING THE IMPACT. USING IBM WEBSPHERE MQ FOR MANAGING QUEUES OF PACKET FLOWS, FILE TRANSFERS BETWEEN SYSTEMS AND CONTROLLING INTEGRATIONS. DESIGNING PROCESS FLOWS AND UTILIZING IBM RATIONAL TEAM CONCERT (RTC) TO MANAGE APPLICATION LIFECYCLE DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT PARALLEL AND AGILE DEVELOPMENT. DEBUGGING CODE WITH AN INBUILT IBM INTEGRATION BUS FLOW EXERCISER TOOL. CONSTRUCTING IBM MESSAGE FLOW APPLICATIONS USING IBM WEBSPHERE MESSAGE BROKER (WMB) BUILT-IN NODES. INSTALLING AND CONFIGURING WMB AND WEBSPHERE MQ ACROSS MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. USING IBM RATIONAL CLEARCASE AND IBM RATIONAL CLEARQUEST FOR VERSION CONTROL AND DEFECT TRACKING BY CREATING TASK ID, DEFECT AND WORKITEM ID FOR ALL INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SYSTEM'S TRACKING PURPOSE. PROVIDING PRODUCTION SUPPORT FOR THE WMB ENVIRONMENT BY CHECKING SERVER SYSTEM LOGS FOR FAILURES, CHECKING SERVER STASTICS AND RUNNING SHELL SCRIPTS TO FREE THE MEMORY.

Requirements

BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD. ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION.
