Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

You will Lead the Desktop & Exchange team

o Manage different exchange versions of Office365 and on-premise

o Knowledge on On-Prem to cloud migration

o Supporting Skype for Business & OneDrive issues

o Provide day to day on-call administration support in a O365 environment along with supporting assigned systems and installing applications.

o Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches and reconfigurations.

o Manage the development and implementation new services and testing of assigned servers

o Resolve Workplace Collaboration Services Issues

o Responsible to work on daily incidents, problems, and service request under the direction of an Infrastructure Specialist. Apply Knowledge of Asset Management, Availability Management, Capacity Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management

o Apply Knowledge of Problem Management, Release Management, Security Management, Service Continuity, Service Level Management

o Develop Operations Functions & Recovery Procedures

Must be able to communicate and articulate with Stakeholders and vendors

Qualifications Required

•       Bachelor’s Degree or equivocal BS/MS degree in an associated field with at least 7 years of experience.

•       Must have experience with Client Facing with Stakeholders and vendors

•       5+ years in Desktop and Exchange administration

•       5+ years managing onshore and offshore teams

•       Demonstrate skills in coordinating activities, evaluating data, problem-solving, and decision-making.

•       A basic understanding of support methodologies like ITIL is desired and should have familiarity with different metrics and SLAs.

•       Must be able to relocate to Houston Texas after Covid restrictions are lifted. 

•       Up to 5% of travel may be required

•       Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
