Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Project Delivery Manager, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Guide SAP software advisory and implementation services to unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Oversee the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions,

selecting the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpret and report on outputs. Deliver components of engagement, improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, developstrategies to increase the company's profitability, design and implement plans to comply with legislation, and ensure business growth.

Requirements

MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING (ANY), OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS

OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: MANAGING FULL LIFE CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS, INCLUDING IMPLEMENTATION, UP-GRADE, POST IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW, AND POST-PRODUCTION

SUPPORT, UTILIZING METHODOLOGIES INCLUDING AGILE, WATERFALL AND HYBRID AGILE; IMPLEMENTING INTEGRATION OF ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS UTILIZING SAP MODULES INCLUDING SALES AND DISTRIBUTION (SD), MATERIAL MANAGEMENT (MM), TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT (TM), PRODUCTION PLANNING (PP), FINANCE AND COST CONTROLLING (FICO), WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT (WM), SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (SRM), AND SUPPLIER SELF-SERVICES (SUS); GATHERING REQUIREMENTS TO ANALYZE, ESTIMATE, AND PREPARE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND PERFORMING TECHNICAL UNIT TESTING AND ASSISTING IN END USER TESTING DURING USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT); IMPLEMENTING PROCESS AND APPLICATION-CONTROLLED WORKFLOWS UTILIZING SAP BUSINESS WORKFLOWS, BUSINESS RULE FRAMEWORK (BRF) AND BRFPLUS (BRF+); UTILIZING SAP SOLUTION MANAGER (SOLMAN) TO STREAMLINE BUSINESS PROCESSES RUNNING ON PREMISE, HYBRID OR IN THE CLOUD TO DISCOVER

IMPROVEMENT OPTIONS, INCREASE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND MINIMIZE RISK WITHIN CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS; UTILIZING ACCELERATED SAP (ASAP) METHODOLOGIES IN PROJECT LIFE CYCLE TO HELP PROJECT MANAGEMENT DESIGN SAP IMPLEMENTATION BY OPTIMIZING TIME, PEOPLE, AND QUALITY AND DEFINING ROADMAPS FOR OPTIMIZING AND CONTINUOUS IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP SYSTEMS IN BUSINESS PROCESSES; DRIVING CROSS PLATFORM APPLICATION CONSUMPTION WITH DEEP TECHNICAL SKILLS AND APPLYING WORKING FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE IN FINANCE, SALES AND OPERATIONS AREAS AND LEVERAGING THE SAME TO DESIGN AND DELIVER BUSINESS PROCESS SPECIFIC ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS; PLANNING, MANAGING AND EXECUTING CUTOVER AND BUSINESS TRANSITION PLAN DEPLOYMENT; UTILIZING SAP CLOUD PLATFORM AND API MANAGEMENT FOR END TO END LIFECYCLE FROM BUILDING, MASKING, PUBLISHING TO MONETIZING AN API AND DEMONSTRATING THE ABILITY TO CONNECT AND MASHUP MULTIPLE ENDPOINTS FROM HETEROGENEOUS LANDSCAPES AND PROVIDING TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND RECOMMENDATIONS IN ASSESSING NEW APIS AND INITIATIVES TO SUPPORT AND ENHANCE THE EXISTING SYSTEMS; AND DESIGNING, BUILDING AND RUNNING BUSINESS PROCESSES USING BUSINESS CENTRIC SOLUTIONS TO ACCELERATE SPEED AND TURN DATA INTO BUSINESS VALUE, AND INTEGRATING OFFER TECHNOLOGY PORTFOLIOS INCLUDING SAP BUSINESS ONE AND SAP BUSINESS BYDESIGN FOR PLUG-AND-PLAY SOLUTIONS IN SAP S/4HANA.
