Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Project Delivery Manager, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

 

Work You’ll Do

MANAGE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO HELP COMPANIES UNLOCK THE VALUE OF BIG TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS RANGING FROM REQUIREMENTS TO ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN TO DEVELOPMENT, TESTING TO DEPLOYMENT, AND BEYOND AS DISCRETE SERVICES OR COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS. MANAGE AND DELIVER COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, INCLUDING THE IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN AND FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, AND DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES WITHIN THE FULL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC). PARTICIPATE AND LEAD ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. PERFORM ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES. COMMUNICATE WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO UNDERSTAND DATA NEEDS IN PAYMENTS DOMAIN AND ACCOUNTING AND WITH PRODUCT MANAGERS TO DESIGN SUSTAINABLE DATA FLOWS FOR NEW PRODUCTS BY ANALYZING DATASETS AND LARGE, COMPLEX DATASETS. PREPARE, REPEATABLE ANALYSES AND DATA VISUALIZATIONS USING MICROSOFT (MS) EXCEL, LOOKER AND OTHER BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE VISUALIZATION TOOLS. EMPLOY AD-HOC ANALYSES AND ISSUE RESOLUTION INCLUDING COHORT ANALYSIS, REGRESSION, CLUSTERING, FORECASTING, AND OTHER STATISTICAL METHODS TO GAIN DEEP INSIGHT INTO DATA. UTILIZE ADVANCED QUERYING TOOLS TO ANALYZE LARGE VOLUMES OF DATA ACROSS STRUCTURED AND SEMI-STRUCTURED DATA SOURCES IN AMAZON WEB SERVICES (AWS) AND OTHER DATABASES.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering (Any),or a related field. Must have three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive related work experience. Candidate must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • DEFINING SYSTEMS STRATEGY AND SUPPORT PROCEDURES, DEVELOPING SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS, DESIGNING, PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, AND IMPLEMENTING TECHNOLOGY-ENABLED BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR CLIENTS IN FINANCIAL SERVICES (FSI) AND HEALTHCARE AND LIFE SCIENCES INDUSTRIES;
  • EVALUATING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS IN TO GAIN UNDERSTANDING OF PAYMENT GATEWAYS, BANKING AND INSURANCE PRODUCTS, AND BENEFITS;
  • ANALYZING TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND FORMULATING DESIGN AND TEST STRATEGIES FOR DATA WAREHOUSE (DW), DATA MARTS, DATA MODELS, ETL (EXTRACT, TRANSFORMATION, AND LOAD), AUDIT, BALANCE AND CONTROL (ABC) MECHANISMS UTILIZING ORACLE, TERADATA, SQL SERVER (STRUCTURED QUERY LANGUAGE), INFORMATICA, UNIX AND CONTROL-M FROM HEALTH CARE PRODUCTS FACETS AND ENTERPRISE DATA WAREHOUSE (EDW);
  • PREPARING ESTIMATES FOR DEVELOPMENT OBJECTS AND PREPARING FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS;
  • SUPPORTING ALL PHASES OF SAP HANA/ SAP BOBJ AND ETL PROJECTS IN PREPARATION, BLUEPRINTING, REALIZATION, TESTING, GO-LIVE, AND POST GO-LIVE SUPPORT; AND
  • LEADING TECHNICAL TEAM MEMBERS ON THE DESIGN OF SAP HANA, SAP BOBJ (BUSINESS OBJECTS) AND ETL OBJECTS.
  • 80% Travel required nationally.
