We are seeking a Programmatic Media Supervisor that is passionate about brand growth and eager to help grow a new agency model. A model that is powered by smarter insights, and puts creativity to work in advertising, and well beyond it – influencing the entire marketing ecosystem.  We believe brands should impact more than just comms, and we hope you do too.


What you’ll do
Serve as the programmatic media expert in the Performance Advertising Capability 
Build and grow the new capability alongside Head of Performance Advertising lead
Advise clients on optimal growth strategy and channels to invest in
Develop, execute and optimize measureable effective programmatic media plans 
Identify new opportunities and provide strategy recommendations to increase effectiveness and efficiencies of media plans 
Keep up with the ever-evolving technology landscape and bring fresh ideas to drive growth 
Collaborate with brand and social media teams on the development and execution of omnichannel programs

Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions 
Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions 
Marketing analytics implementation and operations 
Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution 
Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results 

 
Qualifications
Required:
Hands-on keyboard experience with programmatic media – planning and buying functions 
Very fluent in prospecting, acquisition, lead gen and retargeting media campaigns and can lead and execute performance campaigns
Strong understanding of omnichannel media programs and how performance programs fit into larger media plans 
Experience with program measurement and optimization and enthusiastic about new methods to measure program effectiveness and efficiencies across connected marketing landscape 
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit in driving new business and growing a new capability 
Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
Minimum of 4 years professional experience at a programmatic, performance or growth agency or company.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
