Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Responsible for providing leadership, end to end program management and oversight of client implementations. This includes pre-sales, due diligence, onboarding and implementation activities, policies, and practices. Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule and leads direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of large, strategic clients ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Client’s CX Digital Journey program is structured in 3 main work streams that will be working in parallel:1) Customer Journeys workstream, that will deploy all the customer journey designs heavy concentration on improving customer self-service experience.
2) Platform enablement workstream, single Agile CX platform managing all interactions with personalization messaging capabilities.
3) Customer Insights workstream, 360 view of our customers with segmentation.
Deloitte will support Client in the implementation of CX Digital Journey with the following specialized services:
- Program Manager, Quality Assurance & Testing Management Lead and Sr Business Analyst
- Agile Project Manager will manage multiple projects (squads) acting as liaison between business and IT teams and will have no offshore collaboration. Please see Main Job Responsibilities for details.
The Team
Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Enterprise Operations group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- PMO, strategic planning, risk management, change management. Knowledge of Investment Management Industry
- 5 Years Investment Management experience
- Program management
- Project management experience
- Manage multiple projects (squads) under CX program
- Responsible for ceremonies - daily standups, sprint planning, solution demos and retrospective
- Create status report and provide statuses for squads to program leadership
- Experience in leading large scale digital transformation programs
- Experience leading agile teams
- Experience in establishing program structure and roadmaps
- Proficient user of JIRA and Confluence with expectation to standardize these tools for the program
- Experience in defining communication plan and coordinating project plan
- Experience in Resource mapping and planning
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Some experience in utilities industry
- PMP or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or LPM (Lean Portfolio Management)
