Work you’ll do:
- Work within a government procurement shop supporting government purchase card operations
- Consolidate and update policy and process materials (e.g., updating internal materials and items submitted to system documentation repositories, revising SOPs and training materials, etc.)
- Manage working group sessions, collect stakeholder requirements, and feedback, and disseminate next steps
- Run audit and compliance activities for the program
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience
- Active Top Secret Security clearance required
- Experience with government compliance, governance, and other policy-related subjects with multiple stakeholder groups (can be within the same government department, but should demonstrate ability to work with different personality types)
- Customer outreach and communication experience (person should be comfortable briefing multiple stakeholders, including executives, and communicating across the organization within established guidelines / current practices)
- Technical/Software capabilities and experiences (understands basics of MS365 suite)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization/reporting (should have teamed with others to review known/stated requirements, pull data from various sources, find and report insights, and prepare briefing materials for stakeholders)
Preferred:
- Ability to write programmatic language, such as official communications, in the voice of organizational leadership
- Comfortable leading training sessions (i.e., being a briefer/trainer)
- Ability to create and support new initiatives within the vision of the Program Lead
- Technical writing experience (e.g., integrating multiple systems within program governance)
- Comfortable working in an open environment and teaming with others
- Hands-on experiences with software tools such as Jira, Power Platform, etc.
