By joining our team, you will play a key role in helping to our clients uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data and transforming the Government and Public Services marketplace.
Work you’ll do
- Assist in the management of all aspects of pre-award and post-award activities.
- Maintain a status report summarizing all acquisition and procurement efforts.
- Maintain acquisition databases for letters and procurements.
- Draft, edit, and review Acquisition products, including but not limited to: Government Letters, Statements of Work, Request for Proposal packages, Procurement Planning Conference Baseline Documents, International Agreement Memorandums, Fair Opportunity Exemptions, Metric Reports, and Program briefs.
- Interpret and consolidate various reviews of Basis of Estimates for technical proposals.
- Act as the primary interface between the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) teams, Acquisition Teams, and Third-Party Sales Team.

Qualifications
Required:
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited four‐year college or university.
- At least two (2) years of experience in DoD and/or C4I acquisition and program management. Or combined four (4) years of experience supporting business management and cross functional teams.
- Experience with maintaining status reports on procurement efforts
- Experience with maintaining acquisition databases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
