Position Summary

By joining our team, you will play a key role in helping to our clients uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data and transforming the Government and Public Services marketplace.

 

Work you’ll do 

  • Manage all aspects of contract execution including cost, schedule, and Performance. Provide a range of program and acquisition support, business and financial support, program planning, financial and metrics reporting, and analysis of program requirements.
  • Manage high-level, time-sensitive, and fast-paced technical programs in a strategic and organized way. Create clear, milestone-based project plans to achieve project goals.
  • Evaluate program issues to ensure program requirements meet fleet requirements.
  • Support all PMW 150 TAC C2 ACAT II (2) and ACT III (1) programs.
  • Develop and manage the Tactical Command & Control Shipbuilding & Conversion (TAC C2 SCN) $35M yearly Spend Plan.
  • Manage the procurement and contract coordination of the MOS, C2P & LMMT Systems and other government furnished equipment (GFE) as required for over 60 ships in the SCN window. 
  • Manage the delivery of GFE and supporting software within ship schedule and stakeholder requirements.
  • Create and present Collaborative Program Reviews (CPRs) for risk mitigation affecting GFE delivery, schedule, SOVT planning, installations and cost increases. 
  • Coordinate with Integration Platform Managers, shipyards & the In-Service Engineering Agent Office (ISEA) to schedule System Operational Verification Test (SOVT) within ship schedule and availability.

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited four‐year college or university.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in DoD and/or C4I acquisition and program management. 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Travel up to 10%.


Desired: 

  • Experience with direct support to ACAT ACAT I, II, or III PORs desired but not required.
  • DAWIA Level II/III certification and/or PMP desired

This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $61,000 to $110,000.
