Work you’ll do 

  • This role is for a Program Analyst supporting a 24/7/365 Law Enforcement Support Center in Laguna Niguel, CA.
  • The candidate will perform work in support of the general management and business operations of the PERC.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders/client leadership in direct support of ERO’s mission through ongoing engagement, perform analysis and research for identified projects, and develop Weekly/Monthly Status Reports for the project utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and working with data visualization tools

Qualifications 

Required:  

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust clearance (an Active DoD Top Secret clearance may be transferable) for this role.
  • Bachelor's Degree and two (5) years of prior relevant experience supporting a law enforcement agency; OR an Associate 's Degree with three (3) years of related experience; OR five (5) years of related experience with a High School Diploma.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • PART TIME AND MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHT SHIFT IF NEEDED.
  • Must be local to Laguna Niguel, CA.

This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $61,000 to $91,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
