Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Currently, working with our project team and our healthcare client, you will guide team members to provide direct input to the overall engineering process and to team meetings. Coordinate within a team environment is essential to work on various aspects of the platform and products, as is a devotion of collaboration to problem solve, design sophistically, and increase product quality.
The Product Owner role for the healthcare Platform ART entails being responsible for managing and prioritizing the team’s backlog (includes assists with story creation, accepts stories), sequencing work appropriately, supporting the team in delivering value, contributing to the team’s vision and roadmap. This is a remote working position.
In addition, you will be leading scrum teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders for the entire duration of the project. You will be collaborating with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have Web services and Scrum Master experience.
You will also be working closely with product managers and business teams to: create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI, remain current on trends and provide best practices for agile project management.
You will communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management. You will independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

- Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
- Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years in healthcare industry
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner
- 3+years’ experience as Scrum Master
- 3+ years’ experience in Web services
- Database experience
- Experience working remotely
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
- Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- CSPO (certified scrum product owner) certification
- Ability to work on teams in a global diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience in a client facing environment
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
