Work You’ll Do
Support senior technology leaders in the analysis and design of technology solutions. Provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales activities, including client orals, proposals, etc. Assist in the development of responses to customer requests as required. Help configure and document network software, hardware and service solutions to meet customer and sales objectives. Demonstrate knowledge of the Security Information and Event Management industry. Demonstrate knowledge of cyber security investigation and fraud detection. Show a strong understanding of DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP and FTP. Demonstrate general knowledge of industry regulations and compliance concerns (e.g. HIPAA). Solve technical problems independently. Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches. Engage with clients to understand the marketplace and competitor platforms, including in technology, market share, advertising, and competitive strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). Collaborate with engineering teams on user interface, architecture, and integration. Assist in preparing project plans and weekly status reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Eighteen months of experience in cyber security or fraud investigation.
- Experience must include eighteen months of:
- Monitoring cyber security alerting using RSA Archer;
- Identifying cyber threats using network analytics tools, including RSA NetWitness and RSA Security Analytics, and conducting network behavior analytics;
- Providing cyber security and fraud detection consulting services, including identifying threats using open source intelligence tools;
- Preparing incident and fraud summary reports, including performing technical analysis;
- Performing configuration management and customization of products based on client requirements;
- Performing technical project management, including coordinating deliverables and timelines, using MS Project;
- Suggesting risk mitigation strategies during project management; and
- Building technical reports for clients.
- Position requires approximately 10% travel.
Salary: $117,700.00 - $123,585.00/year;
