Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Ability to work closely with different business groups across enterprise to identify potential RPA opportunities
  • Ascertaining feasibility of RPA implementation for a given process based on systems and complexities involved
  • Ability to think programmatically to optimize and increase efficiency of the RPA adaptability of the process
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely with the developers and testers throughout the process implementation life cycle
  • Promote and utilize RPA Best Practices while working with Enterprise and Implementation teams
  • Understand, optimize and document business requirements and configuration settings based on enterprise’s document templates
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify gaps and constraints associated with business requirements and process and aid in providing solutions to resolve the process issues
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels
  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
  • Contribute in ascertaining process quality according to the business requirements
  • Manage Defect Lifecyle along with triaging and reporting
  • Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team
  • Understand Software Development Lifecycle and Enterprise Value Delivery Methodology for robotics automation testing/deployment process
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or IT
  • Understand Software Development Lifecycle and Enterprise Value Delivery Methodology for robotics automation testing/deployment process
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Critical thinker
  • Creative problem solver
  • Preferred: Experience in RPA process mining and grooming
  • Preferred: Experience – Knowledge of at least one of the programming tools/languages (Web, .Net, VB, Java)
  • Preferred: Exposure in Agile and SCRUM methodology
  • Preferred: Experience in Nintex K2 software
  • Must be willing to live and work in the Gilbert, AZ area
  • Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Limited Sponsorship: Limited Immigration sponsorship may be available

 Preferred

  • Previous experience with any automation solution such as: HP Test Director, Load Runner, Selenium or Cognitive Robotics Solutions such as: Automation Anywhere (AA) , Blue Prism (BP), UiPath, Workfusion, or Kofax
  • Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities/multiple deliverables
