Work you’ll do 

Deloitte is Seeking a Dynamic PeopleSoft Developer to support our GPS efforts!


As a PeopleSoft Developer you will have experience within the following: 

  • 8 + years of experience in a PeopleSoft Technical Role, focus on PeopleSoft Financials/General Ledger
  • Experience with General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Commitment Control in a PeopleSoft 9.2/PeopleTools 8.4x environment
  • Experience using Application Engine and SQR to develop batch processes
  • Ability to choose the correct tool based on user requirements and independently develop/unit test based on requirements specifications
  • Deep understanding of PeopleSoft Financials table structure
  • Good communication skills evidenced by the ability to complete detailed design specifications 
  • Ability to understanding underlying financials business processes
  • Understanding of performance tuning on an Oracle database and writing efficient conversion programs
  • Experience in a federal environment/understanding of federal financial reporting requirements
  • General Ledger conversion experience
  • Experience with Commitment Control

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role 
  • Travel could be up to 25% 

Preferred: 

  •  8 years of experience in a PeopleSoft Technical Role, focus on PeopleSoft Financials/General Ledger
