Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a PROJECT DELIVERY SENIOR ANALYST, CUSTOMER & MARKETING, HUMAN SERVICES TRANSFORMATION in Detroit, MI and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

TRANSFORMING HOW CLIENTS DELIVER SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS. DELIVERING LARGE, COMPLEX SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS TO HUMAN SERVICE AGENCIES ACROSS FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. PARTNERING WITH CLIENTS TO TRANSFORM SERVICE DELIVERY TO THOSE MOST IN NEED. PERFORMING ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS, AND IDENTIFYING GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES. CREATING TEST CASES AND PERFORMING FUNCTIONAL, NON-FUNCTIONAL, SYSTEM INTEGRATION (SIT), BLACK-BOX, WHITE-BOX, SECURITY AND END-TO-END TESTING OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS. CREATING PROJECT CHARTERS, SCHEDULES, AND PLANS, DEFINING PROJECT TASKS, ALLOCATING RESOURCES AND MONITORING PROJECT PROGRESS. RESEARCHING USER REPORTED ISSUES, IDENTIFYING ROOT CAUSES AND RESOLUTIONS, IMPLEMENTING FIXES, AND LIAISING BETWEEN BUSINESS FUNCTIONS, END USERS, AND TECHNICAL DELIVERY TEAMS. CREATING TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUDING SCREEN LAYOUTS, NAVIGATION FLOWS, LOGIC DIAGRAMS, DATA MODELS, PROCESS MODELS, AND PSEUDO CODE, TO BE USED FOR APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT. WRITING FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND USE CASES, CREATING PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAMS AND FINALIZING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS. PERFORMING CONCEPTUAL AND TECHNICAL DESIGNS, INCLUDING THE USE OF OBJECT-ORIENTED ANALYSIS AND DESIGN (OOAD) TECHNIQUES. TRACKING APPLICATION DEFECTS USING DEFECT TRACKING TOOLS, COORDINATING DEFECT RESOLUTION EFFORTS, AND DOCUMENTING RESOLUTION DETAILS.

Requirements 

BACHELOR’S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD, OR A RELATED FIELD. ONE (1) YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST HAVE ONE (1) YEAR OF EXPERIENCE WITH:

  • WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE, WATERFALL PROJECT DELIVERY OR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE FOR DESIGNING, DEVELOPING, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTING OF SERVICE-ORIENTED ARCHITECTURE (SOA) BASED ENTERPRISE-SCALE INTEGRATION SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS;
  • ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS USING MICROSOFT (MS) VISIO, IBM CLEARQUEST, SIMPLE OBJECT ACCESS PROTOCOL (SOAP), SOA, ENTERPRISE SERVICE BUS (ESB), REPRESENTATIONAL STATE TRANSFER (REST), WEBSERVICES, AND APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE (API);
  • INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS IN GATHERING FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT SATISFY CLIENT NEEDS USING JIRA, ESB, DATAPOWER, EXTENSIBLE MARKUP LANGUAGE (XML), JAVASCRIPT OBJECT NOTATION (JSON), XML SCHEMA EDITOR (XSD), EXTENSIBLE STYLESHEET LANGUAGE TRANSFORMATIONS (XSLT), AND API;
  • USING ACE, IBM MESSAGE QUEUE (MQ'S), LINUX, UNIX, SOAPUI, OPENSHIFT PLATFORMS, CONTAINER, DOCKERS, AND OPENSHIFT PODS TO SUPPORT AND PARTICIPATE IN DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING PROJECT SOLUTIONS;
  • TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING IBM CLEARQUEST AND JIRA;
  • DESIGNING AND DELIVERING USER MANUALS AND TRAINING FOR SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTION AND MAINTENANCE IN CLIENT ENVIRONMENTS USING SOA, OPENSHIFT, API CONNECT, STRUCTURED QUERY LANGUAGE (SQL), AND SCRIPTING;
  • PERFORMING LIVE DEMO OF PROJECTS DEVELOPED TO STAKEHOLDERS FOR PRODUCTION APPROVAL;
  • COORDINATING AND CONDUCTING SYSTEM INTEGRATION TESTING (SIT) WITH DIFFERENT SYSTEMS AND CONSOLIDATING SIGNOFFS.
