Project activities includes but not restricted to :

- Provide Epic system Tier-2 Application support and assist in implementation of Epic modules for the client

- Support system activities- Maintenance (Batch Monitoring, Files Uploads, Enrollment and Eligibility configuration, Benefit engine, premium billing etc.,), Incident Management, Production Support (manage and monitor module specific activities, resolve any issues) and Minor Enhancements

- Help client with strategic project implementations, coordination, system configuration and testing

Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment

Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte’s collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients’ challenges

Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice

Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in EPIC’s newest and future solutions.

Apply technical expertise in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues logged in by clients.

Analyse, identify and advise any workflow changes and document the same

Complete time bound Maintenance activities that includes but not limited to Daily monitoring of batches; weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual upload of Tapestry files

Regular communication with client and project leadership to ensure smooth functioning of project

Supports the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems (e.g., systems, applications, network, databases, storage, security) by performing analysis to identify problems, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

The US Core Industry Solutions Offering encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core our client’s business. We incorporate expertise from across the firm to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions according to industry strategy. Core Industry Solutions will be known in the market for a focus on transforming industry operations through industry technology solutions. 

Qualifications 

Required 

1: Minimum of 3 + years of related Epic Tapestry experience

2: Epic Tapestry module certified

3: Knowledge on Epic tapestry implementation and support

4: Understanding Resolute Hospital billing workflow and claims processing

College Degree or equivalent: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or an equivalent combination of education, skills and relevant experience OR equivalent education/experience

MINUMIM YEARS OF EXPERINCE

3+ years of Industry experience especially in Epic Tapestry projects

Preferred Qualifications:

1:Preferrred any other Health care revenue cycle certification

2: Certification and experience in Hospital Billing and Professional Billing
