Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
- As an Oracle Cloud Senior Consultant in our HCAS AMS HCM Operate practice, you should expect to be involved in the following:
- Lead Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Oracle Cloud
- Lead workstreams for deployments in Oracle Cloud HCM space; understanding data flow through upstream modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Absence & Time Tracking.
- Deliver Oracle Cloud projects in the space of additional roll outs, M&A.
- Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Oracle, resulting in defining a roadmap for Oracle Cloud optimization
- Serve as an SME/SMA to other Oracle Cloud post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise
- Lead and deliver our engagements by providing services in your module of expertise, working seamlessly with our onshore and offshore teams
- Able to guide, communicate and educate our clients on Oracle Cloud capabilities and limitations

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Oracle Cloud HCM applications, if not have worked/working with end client managing Oracle Cloud HCM systems.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably with Oracle Cloud Partners or Clients using Oracle Cloud as HCM system
- Minimum of 4 years of experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
- Ability to travel 10-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve (post Covid)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
