Responsibilities:
- Understand client's business requirements and translate them into Oracle Talent and/or ORC solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Talent and ORC modules according to the client's needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Talent and ORC to guide clients on best practices and industry standards.
- Coordinate with other Oracle consultants and teams to ensure seamless integration of the Talent and ORC module with other Oracle modules.
- Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to help clients maximize their use of the Oracle Talent and ORC module.
- Provide implementation support and troubleshooting, as needed.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Talent and/or Recruiting and other HCM modules.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM implementation methodology.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors. This may include overnight travel.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
