Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Some responsibilities of the role:
- Providing technical support for Oracle Databases, Oracle e-business suite, Oracle Analytics Server, Oracle Data Integrator, custom solutions, WebLogic, and Windows/Linux servers.
- Configure and maintain database servers and processes and monitor system’s health and performance
- Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security on database instances.
- Support disaster recovery testing.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and following best practices.
- Communication skill to work with client, business users and team members

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years’ experience working as an Oracle DBA with Oracle EBS experience as well in a technical environment
- 4+ years of experience in installing, patching, upgrading, backup & recovery and tuning Oracle 19c RAC databases
- Strong background in patching and administrating Oracle e-business suite 12.2
- Experience in patching Oracle WebLogic Server
- Excellent technical documentation writing skills and strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with OAS, ODI, and Windows/Linux Server and experience supporting and administering and maintaining of environments.
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must have US Citizenship

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,000 to $110,000.
