Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Oracle Cloud OTC CRM onshore lead. Lead the OTC and CRM process area in application management services (AMS). The role will require hands-on, end-user support activities including:
- Coordination with offshore resources and process lead activities
- Provide status reports and process area updates
- Confirm prioritization and categorization of tickets, changes, and enhancements with the business
- Maintain close coordination with functional owners and work with team leads to balance workload across resources/technology and application
- Resolve incidents, problems, and complete enhancements
- Facilitate user acceptance and validation of functionality with the business
- Perform impact assessments and testing for Oracle Cloud upgrades
- Manage the configurations of the Oracle Cloud applications
- Coordinate feature/functions/incidents/enhancements with Oracle Support
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Available for on-call 24x7 support for Priority1 issues
- Support period-end close or priority activities that may require some nights and weekends

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Oracle Cloud OTC - OM functional hands-on experience
- Clear communication
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
- 5 years of Oracle Cloud OTC OM
- 1 year of Oracle Cloud CRM Sales
- 1 year of Oracle Cloud AR
- AMS or production support experience
