Deloitte has been attained for a multi-year Oracle Cloud application management services (AMS) contract for a security company.  Oracle Cloud Financials has gone live in 2019 with subsequent rollout that are ongoing.

Project activities includes but not restricted to :

Oracle Clould Invoice to Cash and Record to Report onsite lead support role. Lead the ITC and RTR process area in application management services (AMS). The role will require onsite hands-on end-user support activities including:

- Coordination with offshore resources and process lead activities

- Provide status reports and process area updates

- Alignment to the business leads for corresponding track, the functional owners

- Validates prioritization and categorization of tickets, changes, and enhancements with the business

- Maintain close coordination with functional owners; work with relevant leads to balance workload across resources/technology and application

- Resolve high priority incidents

- Facilitate user acceptance and validation of functionality with the business

- Perform impact assessments and testing for Oracle Cloud upgrades and releases

- Manage the configurations of the Oracle Cloud applications

- Coordinate feature/functions/incidents/enhancements with Oracle Support

- Identify areas for process improvements and enhancements

- Available for on-call 24x7 support for Priority1 issues

- Support month-end close

- Occasional holiday and weekends may be required for period-end close and priority activities

The team

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of application experience in Oracle ERP Projects
  • Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Financial modules
  • Should have two or more project implementation experience on Oracle Cloud ERP with relevant cloud experience of 4+ year
  • Should have experience performing Data conversions using FBDI Templates and Rapid Implementation Sheets with the ability to reconcile the data and correct it using ADFDi
  • Should have expertise in creating and scheduling Oracle Cloud ESS Jobs and BIP Jobs
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Solution Engineer:  3+

Sr Solution Engineer;  6+

Solution Manager:  10+

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Should know about cloud configuration and setup, Application Composer and Page Composer to build UI Extensions
  • Should have expertise in developing BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, SmartView Reports and FRS Reports
  • Sound experience in SOAP/REST Oracle Cloud API’s to Import and Export Master/Transactional data
