Responsibilities/Work you'll do
As a Diamond-level member of the Oracle Partner Network, Deloitte needs thought leaders like yourself to help pave the way for our clients and Oracle service line development. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) suite of products in the Cloud presents new opportunities and our organization is looking to expand its capability to meet the growing business demand.
Responsibilities will include:


In this role, you'll participate and work with teams to deliver new process solutions based on the Oracle ERP cloud implementation and Cloud Data Management.

  • Leading & Driving the technical workshops
  • assisting with developing design documentation
  • Leading all the technical activities from onsite
  • Driving the client discussion and with third party vendors.



Oracle Enterprise Solutions (OES)
Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice provides services from ERP,EPM and Cloud Strategy, through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client's business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability, and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, Oracle Cloud EPM, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years hands-on ERP experience or an equivalent ERP technology, 5 years in team lead or manager roles.
  • At least 2+ project leading Customer/Onsite/Offshore development teams.
  • At least 2+ End-2-End Cloud Implementation Experience.
  • Strong Oracle Integration Cloud experienced
  • 6+ years of Technical Skillset requirements: SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, JDeveloper, Oracle BI Publisher, APEX, Visual Builder Cloud Service, OIC, Groovy Scripting, FBDI, ADFDi, Cloud Framework native to Oracle Fusion Application.
  • Oracle Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) Technical Development
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Data Conversion
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Report Writing/Data Extracts
  • Expertise with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST)
  • Experience Integrating Oracle SaaS using PaaS
  • Expert in Oracle development tools, some Fusion application functionality, system administration, Data modeling, and knowledge of a Multi-Business architecture.
  • Good at stakeholder management Should have customer management, requirement gathering.
  • Good understanding of Cloud SCM and Financial modules.
  • Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions
  • Extensive experience required on Oracle PaaS related components including
  • Efficiency in Solutioning for technical components.
  • Proficient in following waterfall development methodologies and OUM documentation standards.
  • Must be in your designated office location 10%-30% of each work week
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
  • Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation
  • A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
  • Strong understanding of Agile project methodology, specifically how it relates to the development life cycle.
  • Monitors implementation activity to ensure best practices and design principles are upheld.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills especially in the areas of persuasion, influence, conceptualizing solutions and problem-solving Willingness to mentor junior staff
  • Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries
  • Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
