Work you'll do:

As an Oracle Cloud HCM AMS Delivery Solutions Manager within our Human Capital as a Service (HCAS) team, you will use your knowledge and experience with this premier SaaS tool to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:

  • Maintaining hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
  • Perform project tasks independently and may lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others
  • Leading your team to deliver superior results for your client
  • Managing all aspects of the project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client
  • Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
  • Use your prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
  • Contributes to proposal development
  • Building your reputation within the firm and in the market for the strong Oracle HCM Cloud knowledge you possess
  • Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development
  • Seek out opportunities for professional growth and expansion of your consulting skills and experiences

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 6 years hands on experience in consulting or industry experience with Application Management Support (AMS) for Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience with Oracle Cloud HCM system and strong functional knowledge of the system
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience managing project financials, including monitoring for project issues, and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the client
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, to grow and develop colleagues within the practice
  • Ability to travel up to 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited sponsorship available

Preferred:

  • Active Oracle Cloud Certification(s)
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 - $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
