Work you’ll do
As an Oracle Cloud Cross-Functional Senior Consultant in our HCAS AMS HCM Operate practice, you should expect to be involved in the following:
- Lead and deliver our Oracle HCM Cloud AMS engagements by providing services in your module(s) of expertise, working seamlessly with our onshore, nearshore and offshore teams
- Lead Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Oracle Cloud across two or more modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Absence, OTL, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation and Payroll
- Understanding data flow through various modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Absence, OTL, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation and Payroll.
- Deliver Oracle Cloud projects in the space of additional country expansion or M&A rollouts.
- Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Oracle Cloud resulting in defining a roadmap for Oracle Cloud optimization.
- Serve as an SME/SMA to other Oracle Cloud post-production engagements in accordance with your module(s) of expertise
- Able to guide, communicate and educate our clients on Oracle Cloud capabilities and limitations including new release management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Oracle Cloud configuration/integrations across two or more modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Absence, OTL, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation and Payroll.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience serving as a workstream lead on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
- Ability to travel 10% - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more active Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Consulting experience
- Experience with Excel, Visio and Power point

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 - $218,625.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
